Preventive Procedure...

Plantation

The company supports and educates farmers starting from sugar cane variety breeding, plantation management, to harvesting and transporting to the factory in order to ensure the sugar cane quality and safety. Such processes are proceeded to follow the membership requirements of Bonsucro

Packaging

The company’s sugar packaging comes from manufacturers with hygienic management system implemented in the production process. This is to ensure the packaging the company uses is of high quality, clean, and safe according to the standards and regulations set by the Ministry of Public Health and Food Safety FSSC22000 Certification .

Packing Station In addition, we have invested in developing the Packing Station to accommodate a greater packaging range of customer needs, which can be in form of sack (1, 25, 50 and 1,000 kilogram) and in form of container 25,000 kilogram.

Moreover, all white sugar produced will be passed onto the process control through Condition Silo system before packing to ensure high sugar quality, no contaminants.

Reactive Procedure...

Monitoring

'Striving for customers' utmost satisfaction and being able to promptly be aware of their needs, the company has implemented a system to survey customers’ satisfaction and feedbacks. The information received will be used to continuously improve the production process.

Traceability

If clients find any problems or factors that cause dissatisfaction from the products, the company gladly accepts any complaints or suggestions in order to improve the operations and show the highest responsibility.
